Training
There are a multitude of courses that will show us how to use various aspects of a computer in general terms.How many teach you exactly what you want to learn? We will tailor a lesson plan to your needs.
For example, if you want to learn about Excel spreadsheets, we can either show you in general terms, or else will use information you have already to set up a document that will be useful to you and which you can take away, use and expand on.
Everything covered in your sessions, including any questions you ask, is documented for you to take away and refer to at a later date.
There is no minimum number of sessions and telephone support is available.
We can also show you how to set up your computer, personalise the settings to suit you, and of course document everything we do for future reference. Or we can do it for you if you prefer.
